Internet connectivity slow, but only on my computer?

I have been experiencing an overall slowness when cruising the Internet, especially when using my webmail.  Other computers on this business modem connection do not seem to have this issue.  I have run speed tests, this is fine.  I have run my antivirus and Malware Bytes and all is clean.  I called my ISP and all line tests, etc. they ran are perfect.  I tried using Open DNS, this did not improve anything. All settings in the modem seem just fine.  I have noticed that this seems to happen with Firefox as Chrome seems fine.  However, I don't particularly care for Chrome.  Any suggestions on what to do? or tweak?

You probably have an add-on or plug-in that is slowing down Firefox. Try disabling them.
