Is there a way to share multiple documents quickly in Sharepoint 2013 with anonymous users?
Hello,
We are looking to migrate to Sharepoint 2013 for document management. Is there a way to quickly share documents with anonymous users? There are constantly situations where we have to provide access to 10 documents (in different libraries possibly) for random users that may not have a microsoft account. We know there is guest links but this looks like a one-by-one option

create a public website and make those files available there.. Sharepoint only stores 1 copy of a file and it can have many links to it.

Thanks David. So if we had a public site, a user that wants to share a group of documents would have to do what steps to get them on the site? I am assuming that anyone that has access to the site would be able to see all documents.
the situation is we are in property management and often we have banks or financial individuals needing access to large files. we want to be able to get them a link to view them and do it quickly. We also only want these people to ahve access to them and not a shared space. is this possible?
in onedrive we can select a bunch of files and share them but it doesn't seem we can do this in sharepoint

In this situation I would use citrix sharefile, secure and easy to use, integrates with outlook. you have complete control over who accesses the file and also have a record that the file was accessed.. It is customizable to your business's requirements (the look) .. I know several lawyers that use this to transfer files securely.

thanks David. so in this situation, they would need to download the documents and then use this tool to share?
HUH no what they will see is like a website with a link to the document to download

Sorry I wasn't more clear. If i am the user that wants to share documents from my sharepoint library using this tool you referenced, what would the steps be to share these files using this tool? I just need to know if there are 5 steps, 10 steps, 2 steps, etc. Thank you very much for your information.
