When sending emails Contacts will not auto populate.

Hi,

I just upgraded a user from MS Office Professional Plus 2007 to MS Office Professional Plus 2013. When the user goes to send a new email he starts to type in the recipients name, and it does not auto populate. This doesnt happen with all recipients names only random names. This function was working prior to the upgrade.

Thank you

George

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I imported the nk2 file and it seems as some of those missing contacts came back but not all of them.

It will rebuild over time.  Unfortunately if you already imported from the old version then that will be all that can be recovered.

office 2013 doesn't use .nk2 files any more.
