How to Use Powershell to Configure Fine-Grain Password Policy in W2K8

I am in the process of configuring a Fine-Grain PSO on my domain.  I need to know if there is away to use PowerShell to accomplish this task.  Is there a PowerShell script or example that exist that I can deploy.  This a W2K8 environment.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
