scanning Documents going to junk folder
Hi ,
We have about Konica Minolta Printer . it is a network printer . every time we scan from this printer document going to junk folder in outlook .
We have 2 identical Printers with the same configuration which are working fine.
I have changed some settings on the printer
Scanned documents should now have the attachment name of: Document.PDF instead of the SSA9879879.PDF
still the issue is persist .
if I go to user mailbox and go to junk and block the sender or move it to inbox it will work for one day and next day back to normal every scanning documents going to junk folder
Could you please assist me or guide me to the right solution

it is blank
but when I added manually worked and stored for 1/2 hour . and when I check my outlook I can see the email address coming from my self. not from the printer mailbox address
how do I find out the scanner emails address on the Printer ,
I think this where is the issue ..

as soon as we select Junk and select Never Block Sender's Domain it will work for 1/2 hour and then go back to junk folder.
I have also checked under blocked Senders Tab , it is empty
could you please assist
