load an html5 with css and (some) java into a sharepoint site

Have a nice tool that converts PowerPoint into an HTML5 web player.

Have a SharePoint 2013 site.

How to "add the page" or otherwise load the page to SharePoint, for playback?

I get the gist, but am a hack at public facing web pages (I think I failed to mention this is the new 2013 public site.)  Seems as though I missing a step, when handing over the html file to the site.  CEWP just attempts to allow the html file to be downloaded, vs, opening (its not published?)

At any rate, you've pointed me in a good direction; so in reality looks like a new question...
