Exchange Server 2010: Email not received by internal user but was sent successfully from 3rd party application


I'm having issue with my web application sending out email to my internal user, the email size is just under 2 MB and I have make sure that the attachment and other limits are set to 25 MB.

Here's the error that I've seen from the Exchange 2010 SP3 transaction log:

554-5.3.4 Content conversion limit(s) exceeded 
554 5.3.4 STOREDRV.Deliver.Exception:ConversionFailedException; 
			Failed to process message due to a permanent exception with message The content conversion limit has been exceeded. 
			ConversionFailedException: The content conversion limit has been exceeded. [Stage: CreateReplay]

you will need to involde your developer to check the code if you alreade confirmed that limits are fine. Kindly check with your developer. Also enable verbose logging on send connector or receive connector to check the logs there.

Is this attachment a Zip file?

Also based on the error message.
The content conversion limit has been exceeded

This is something that cannot be changed, that i am aware of.
