Remote Web Workplace (RWW) is very slow to login

SBS 2011, Remote Web Workplace (RWW) is very slow to login.  OWA works great as does the rest of the server.

Totally stumped. Login to rww is 2 - 4 minutes for a non-admin.
Removed shares, was down to 0 (then back to 6),  no change
Removed all non alive computers (got them all powered up and confirmed dead ones)
Removed wsus
Rebuilt sbs database (
Reduced exchange to 4GB RAM(of 32 total) (will be increasing once this is fixed.
total memory is currently at 45% or so in use.

ideas of what to try next?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Is each user logging in for the first time?  Is the CPU constrained with the non-administrators?  Was there a change right before this problem started happening?  Has the server been rebooted within the past month?  Is it comparatively fast for an administrator to log in?

so a round of updates a night, finally found the magic one.  not sure which it was, but its working great now.

a test user was used, but all reported the same issue.  server was being rebooted nightly for the last week.  Administrator logins were comparable, sometimes worse.

anyway, thanks for the extra questions, but updates resolved the problem.
