Windows seach cant find new files

Hello

I have a problem that when computers on domain is searching for new files that is under 20 minutes old on a shared folder the search function cant find the file but you can see the file in explore.

But the problem is not there when a computer is not on the domain.

You didn't mentioned version of Windows for the machines that  perform the search but if they are  like Vista/7/8 then you can dump the Windows Search and use agent ransack...you can download the version that is suitable for your system here

But I will like a answer to why windows search don't work. not a program because then I have to install it on all computers and learn the users how it work.

it sounds like it didnt get indexed yet.
Open control panel, indexing options, see if it is supposed to be indexed and if it is still indexing.
