SSRS Table insert blank row in row 11

Hello Experts Exchange
I have a SSRS table that I want to have a Blank row in row 11, what is the IIF statement I need to make the blank row visible on row 11?

See the attached example. You'll need to change the Data Source in my sample and point it to your own SQL Server.
I wasn't sure if you wanted to hide the data on row 11 or actually insert a blank row in row 11. Just to make sure I did both.

To hide the data on row 11 I used this expression for the text box:
=iif(RowNumber("dset")=11,"", Fields!nr.Value)

'Dset' is the name of the dataset and 'nr' is the name of the field.

To insert a blank row on row 11 I inserted a row in the design of the table. Then I right clicked the indicator before the row and choose 'Row Visibility...'. There I entered this expression:
=RowNumber("dset")<>11

Again 'dset' is the name of my database. So this hides the blank row when the row number is not 11.
