Access 2010 - opening windows explorer from VB and displaying only specified files ie. something.*

Hi,
I'm using Access 2010 and, using VB, can open Windows Explorer to show the entire contents of the specified folder.
What I would like to do is only show certain files using wildcards: i.e. filename*.*

Please can someone point me in the right direction.

The code i'm using is:

    Shell "C:\WINDOWS\explorer.exe /a, /select,  T:\Scanned images\", vbNormalFocus

I have tried using:

    Shell "C:\WINDOWS\explorer.exe /a, /select,  T:\Scanned images\filename*.*", vbNormalFocus

without success.

try using the file dialog

Dim fd As Object
 Set fd = Application.FileDialog(4)
 With fd
       .InitialView = 2 'add this line and try the values 1 or 2
      .Title = "Select Folder"
      .InitialFileName = CurrentProject.Path '& "\"
      If .Show Then
           txtFolderPath = .SelectedItems(1)
      End If
 End With

you can also try changing

 Set fd = Application.FileDialog(4)

with

 Set fd = Application.FileDialog(3)

try this one too

Dim fd As Object, strFilePath
 Set fd = Application.FileDialog(3)
 With fd
    .Filters.Clear
    .Filters.Add "Files", "*.*"
    .InitialView = 2 'add this line and try the values 1 or 2
    .Title = "Select Folder"
    .InitialFileName = CurrentProject.Path '& "\"
    If .Show Then
         strFilePath = .SelectedItems(1)
    End If
 End With
