Just recreate that PDF. Otherwise you need Adobe Acrobat (the licensed version) with the APIs.

Thanks for the response!

I did not get you "Just recreate the PDF" ??

Okay let me put it across my question again.

I have certain information in an excel sheet eg: Name : Dave and Designation : Controller etc....

I have 3 pdf forms in a folder where you can find Name :.................Designation : ........................

All i have to do is copy data from excel and paste it under the blanks....

Is there any way to do it via VB script or Batch programming or any other way to make this possible....

Thanks for your help in advance!

Hi Ganesh,

Are the Name and Designation always in the same cell each? For example, the Name is in cell A3 and the Designation is is cell B5. If so, it would be easy to write a script to read the data in those cells using Excel's Component Object Model (COM) calls:
https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/wss56bz7.aspx

For example, I wrote an EE article that received a comment from a reader  about accessing Excel. This comment has a working example of script code that reads an Excel cell:
http://www.experts-exchange.com/articles/18346/AutoHotkey-Getting-Started.html#c1733937

Then you could place the data extracted from Excel into an FDF file and use PDFtk Server (free!) to fill the PDF form with that data. Specifically, look at the fill_form operation:
