"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

That's because you've put the labels outside the chart, it takes up a lot of space.  To get a larger chart you could consider putting the labels on the pie pieces.

I've covered this, and much more, in following article: Pie Chart Techniques

They need to be outside per the client requirement

okay, in that case the only property you've got to try out is 3DLabelLineSize. I got the best results with that put to 30, try some different  values and see where it gets you.  Label fontsize would be interesting as well but I don't think there's a property for that...

Where do i find 3DLabelLineSize?

It's located in the CustomAttributes property group of the Chart Series.  You can see it in following screenshot: Chart Series CustomAttributes
