Mail server MX lookup comes back, No Records Exist.

When I use MXTOOLBOX to check MX LOOKUP against our mail server, we get back......

mx:mail.ourserver.com   Find Problems    mx  
No Records Exist

We have the external DNS configured and if I do NSLOOKUP it translate correctly. Not sure what's not finished.

Just FYI, MX records are published for whole domain, on the other hand we can also publish MX records for child domains too. But try with external domain as of now and check if you can see MX records.
