Outbox missing in Office365

I am in the middle of a Hybrid migration and I am migrating mailboxes over in batches.  I have one user that saved 1000's of items in folders in her outbox on Outlook.  Once the migration took place, I don't see the Outbox or the folders in Office365.  What can I do to get those folders over to Office 365.

If you mean OWA, there is no Outbox folder there. Otherwise, you can check what's happening with the folder via:

Get-MailboxFolderStatistics vasil | ? {$_.FolderType -eq "Outbox"} | ft Name,Folder*Size,Items*

How can I get those folders that she saved to the Outbook on Outlook into Office 365?

How do I do that? From outlook? Can I move them into the inbox from Outlook and then try to sync the folders again?
that is what I'd do or even create a folder i.e. sent-items and move the folders there rather than the inbox.

If I were to move the items via Outlook into any folder other than the Outbox, will they automatically show up in Office365?
What method are you using for the migration?

Hybrid
So the mailbox is already migrated then? If she can still see the items under Outbox, yes, move them to any other folder.

Will that automatically update them?
