I have a user who is wanting to utilize the &quot;Assignment Owner&quot; feature in MS Project, but for some reason this field is grayed out and empty. Does this feature require a Project Server, or can it be used with a single standalone project software version? If so, how can I activate this field, so that a name can be entered?

I have a user who is wanting to utilize the "Assignment Owner" feature in MS Project, but for some reason this field is grayed out and empty. Does this feature require a Project Server, or can it be used with a single standalone project software version? If so, how can I activate this field, so that a name can be entered?
