I get error in event viewer :

look also in event viewer fo errors; they may show you what's wrong
Make sure all your Windows updates are done as well as video driver. Update BIOS and Chipset as well.
Is the machine restarting? or is the screen going black and coming back? I had the latter issue several months back. The error was infrequent (every other month) and has gone away as updates have been done. The machine never crashed and I never lost anything.

Yes I have seen that. How often does this happen?
For me it was infrequent and has gone away with updates.
Try reinstalling or repairing the Video driver (as suggested above) but be sure to get BIOS and Chipset updates first.

I noticed this happens sometimes when Outlook is opened , and also saw this on the bottom right :

I went here: http://www.nvidia.com/Download/Scan.aspx?lang=en-us , says Product is GeForce GT430 Installed Driver is 353.06 ,, No driver update is necessary at this time...

How frequently do you get this error?

Maybe once a day .. when I open Outlook...

normally you uninstall the NVIDIA software + driver from control Panel> programs and Features
