Very likely a font issue.  I had a similar issue after updating to DC. A font file is causing Distiller to crash because either encoding of the font is incompatible or it is corrupt.

Remove all the TTF fonts from the font folder in C:\windows. See if problem has been resolved. Then add fonts back in either one by one or in small batches to isolate the culprit.

Hi Captain!

We tried to do your advise, but some or most of the .TTF fonts can't be deleted... It's says that it's part of the system fonts...
Any way on how to delete them? Or any other ways on how to resolve this problem?
If they are system fonts they are unlikely to cause an issue.

And removing any others did not solve this...?

You can try and removing the open type fonts too, but they are less likely to cause this.

If font removal does not help, you need to isolate ut from user or machine issue. Does the problem occur with a sys admin logged on?
Yes, the problem also occurs even with a sys admin logged on...

Captain's advise may not be the exact solution for us, but we got idea on how to resolve it.
"... That is not a bad thing, so it is a machine config rather than profile." so from that message, we remember that even in Admin part, we encounter error problem with the acrobat distiller, so we decided to reinstall everything then install Adobe programs, after installing Windows, to see whether we'll still have problem or not anymore...

Thank you!
