Password Syncronization

Hi,

We are making sure all of our Users in the Company renew their Password for Security reasons.

What is really surprise me is that "When the users renew their Passwords, which works but she have 2 mobile phones which and it seems that the Passwords where update without she type them in her both mobile phones.

It is that possible?

No, that is not possible unless you have a MDM solution which uses PIN and the corresponding PIN then connects to the mailbox.  What could be happening is that ActiveSync can keep the connection open for even hours where mail flow works without changing password, however, the user will get the authentication on the phone.  This is often too late where most likely the user's account is locked out due to failed logons from the phone.  Thus, it is a good practice to change passwords on all devices when password is changed.
