Logon Script not running in Remote Desktop session for user from a trusted domain

We are currently using ADMT to migrate users from an old domain (DomainA) to a new domain (Domain B).
The domains have a full 2 way trust setup.
Currently all the servers are still sat in the old domain while I start to migrate the users and computers first.

If a migrated domain B user logs in either on an old domain A computer, or in a remote desktop session on an old domain A computer, the logon script set against their profile in AD doesn't seem to run.
The user can manually access the drives set to be mapped in the startup script, but the script doesn't auto map them (Net use)

What am i missing?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Found this, and it seems to have sorted me out.

Apply the following policy:
Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\System\Group Policy\Allow Cross-Forest User Policy and Roaming User Profiles

“Allows User based policy processing, Roaming User Profiles and User Object logon scripts for cross forest interactive logons. This setting affects all user accounts interactively logging on to a computer in a different forest when a Cross Forest or 2-Way Forest trust exists. “
