server reporting graphs or tools

I need to supply reporting for the following
no of servers
no of virtual servers
no of physical servers
no of AD users
no of 2008 servers 2012 servers etc
total disk usage
san usage
nas usage
mailbox users
mailbox storage etc

these reports are for non IT people and need to be in the format of graphs etc and easily read
I think inputing the figures into word excel or word and making graphs would be best
how do I easily do this in word or excel
or how do people normally produce these monthly type of reports

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Larger organizations have access to virtual machine manager/vsphere, server monitoring tools, etc that already have this feature built in for servers.

There are lots and lots of tools out there that will give you these stats, some cost (big cost) and others are free.

Look at PRTG, Spicework, Nagios etc etc etc
