How to change IIS settings so that I can view a list of files / documents in a folder?

On my local Intranet, for fellow employees/users ...
I want users to be able to open my web site, click on a link to a resource folder, and they see a list of the documents in that folder.
It could be Word documents, text documents, anything ... I just want IIS to list the contents of that folder.
For example, I have the following html:
Please click to browse to your resources ... I'd like IIS, when the user clicks on the link, to simply list the contents of the team1 folder.

Thank you!

Turn on directory browsing for that folder in your application.

The application being Internet Explorer, for example? Not sure how to turn that on.

Thanks so much for your help.

I had to install "directory browsing" (Web server --> Web Server --> Common HTTP features --> Directory browsing)

Thanks for your help.

The application isn't Internet Explorer that holds these settings. It is in the website settings in iis manager
