Drop Downs on WP site

Couple of questions on wordpress site.  Click on link below and go to Accommodations button

Here is what I am trying to do:
1. Replace gray background color of drop downs to #d8b983.
2. Replace text to #e1c47e
3. Remove top padding/margin from ALL drop downs
4. Remove bottom padding/margin from BOTTOM drop down button

style.css line 71 for text color. While you are there, try changing the margin to 0. I don't see any padding applied to the drop downs:

.nav li .sub-menu a {
    border-left: medium none;
    color: #e1c47e;
    margin: 0;
    padding: 0 0.75em;
}

style.css line 1854 for the background-color:

.nav ul {
    background: #d8b983 none repeat scroll 0 0;
    margin-top: 0;
}

Your color choices will need adjustment. Yellow on butterscotch just doesn't read well.
