Now I can't even open my solution....I have NO idea how to open it. I have a version stored in TFS but not sure how to get to it.

Please see the 2 attached screen shots. What started this was I added a bunch of controls to a form, saved and did a solution rebuild and executed the program. When I tried to access the form, it basically timed out and said Visual Studio was shutting down, I reopened VS and tried to look at the form in question and now it won't even let me do that. These errors are a first for me!
