Problem linking combo box to lookup data

Folks,
The attached database / forms are filled with unsolved problems, but we'll not solve them in this one post.
First let me explain my objective. I have the need to keep up with my meal program on a daily basis. There are multiple meal times for a day, which is my sub form which is not correct yet. In the main form I want to lookup a date using a combo box in the header section to recall the date, beginning and ending daily weight. This will relate to my sub form.
For the time being, I am unable to lookup a record from my table tblDaily based upon my combo box to locate a date. In other words, when I look up a date in my combo box I need to see in the main form the date, beginning and ending date for the record I'm looking for.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
