C# How to do a table compare and remove rows

I have two tables that I need to reconcile and then discard a row from the source table if not found in the target table.  I need to compare tables Convertedvalueofattribute against AllquerybyAttribute.  The convertedvalueofattribute contains about 500 rows and the column I need to use for the compare is called title.  The AllquerybyAttribute table contains about 200 rows and the column I need to use for the compare is called attributeTtitle.   Therefore, how can I do a table compare in C# for the logic below?

If convertedvalueofattribute.Title is not found in AllquerybyAttribute.attributeTtitle, then I need to remove the row from convertedvalueofattribute table.

When you say, "I have two tables that I need to reconcile", what type of tables SQL server tables, DataTable objects or some custom table objects?

Is the source table convertedvalueofattribute and the target table AllquerybyAttribute? If the value is not found in the target table AllquerybyAttribute then remove that row from the convertedvalueofattribute table?
