how can I get VLC Media Player v2.2.1 to playback a Spanish movie in the English language?

Hello and Good Evening Everyone

I have a movie which plays back in Spanish audio format.  However, I wish to play this movie back in English audio format which brings me to the point of this post.  Is there a plug-in for VLC Media Player v2.2.1 which can be downloaded and installed which will translate or convert audio languages?  Or, perhaps there is an entirely different audio/video playback program which gives the user the flexibility to choose the desired audio language output.

Any help given in response to this interest will be greatly appreciated.

        Thank you

When the movie is playing you can right-click the image --> audio --> audio track

Here, when available, you can change the audio track to another language, but this of course needs to be included with the video your playing.

Another option is to try and find subtitle tracks for your movie, if it's a popular one it should be available. For example here.

A plugin that would convert audio languages would be quite the feat, if you want to search for addons, check here.

Hello and Good Evening

Unfortunately, the option to change the audio to a different language was not available by the video being played back.  By the way, thank you for the link giving a huge selection of plugins for VLC Media Player.  While I could not find a language converter for the audio, it is nice knowing this link is available for other plugins for VLC Media Player for future reference.

As a solution to this concern, I was able to obtain the English version of this movie.  Everything worked out just fine here without having to implement any kind of complicated strategies.

            Thanks again
