C# How to associate an EXCEL column with a Drop Down List Box of values

I have a C# program that creates an EXCEL file.  Some of the columns need to be associated and formatted with a drop down listbox so when the user opens the EXCEL file they will see a drop down list box of values to pick from.  I have an internal table contains all values for the DDL but not sure how to write the code tat would create the DDL in EXCEL.

Can you show me the code to a DDL when writing to EXCEL?

//* Below I am writing the header record for EXCEL file* --> Some of these columns will need to be associated with a DDL.  How do I do that?
 foreach (var item in FilteredValueOfProduct)
            {
                HttpContext.Current.Response.Write("<Td>");
                //Get column headers  and make it as bold in excel columns
                HttpContext.Current.Response.Write("<B>");
                HttpContext.Current.Response.Write(item.attributeTtitle.ToString());
                HttpContext.Current.Response.Write("</B>");
                HttpContext.Current.Response.Write("</Td>");
            }

Start recording a macro, then create a drop-down list using Data Validation: Insert or delete a drop-down list.
