Insert a picture as part of an Access 2013 record

Folks,
I'm having no luck in trying to insert a picture as part of an Access 2013 record. How's the best way to do this? I can provide the picture and db if needed. The picture is in a sub form where multiple records have different pictures

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Change your field type to Attachment instead of OLE Object.

I'm a little slow today. I can't get this to work. I've attached my db and a picture. Now each record will have a different picture.
Do you mind, please, by linking this picture to the first record and please explain how you did so I can see how I failed. Return the database with picture please.

If you click once on tblRecipes to select it, then click the Create tab > Form, you will get a form that shows the picture.
