Are these computers yours and on a domain?

If personal, or not on a domain, you go into Word, Options, Proofing, and click on Auto Correct Options and remove proofing there.

If on a domain, you can consider GPO to set Office 2010 options. I have not done this, however.

Now, you would have to lock down computers because user can change their own Word options.
