I have a customer who has had one persons email mailbox quarantined twice in the last 2 months.
I have successfully deleted the reg key as described in http://blogs.technet.com/b/sjimmie/archive/2010/07/09/mailbox-quarantine.aspx
then restarted IS and all is fine again.
What I am looking for is the reason why this one users mailbox has been quarantined twice now, this is the only time I have ever come across this problem.
The user in question has a mixture of Windows Laptop W7, Iphone 6 and a Blackberry.
Is there any way I can look for clues on whats causing it please
