Exchange 2010 quarrantined mailbox sbs2011

I have a customer who has had one persons email mailbox quarantined twice in the last 2 months.
I have successfully deleted the reg key as described in
then restarted IS and all is fine again.

What I am looking for is the reason why this one users mailbox has been quarantined twice now, this is the only time I have ever come across this problem.

The user in question has a mixture of Windows Laptop W7, Iphone 6 and a Blackberry.

Is there any way I can look for clues on whats causing it please

I would start by having a look through the event logs on the exchange server. If the mailbox has a problem I would expect to find some errors in there. You could also check the activesync logs to see if it's one of the phones causing the problem.

the server seems slow and I am trying to reduce the load, I have removed the wsus role as all the users are remote laptop users,

I would also like to DISABLE the sharepoint services as they are not used, is this just a case of disabling the sql server (SharePoint) service in the services panel?
