Designing a Validation Drop/Down List with a Variable Range

EE Pros,

I'm trying to create a validation list using a range name capability in order to dynamically change the selection from the list box.

I've attached a mock up.

The List tab is the list that will expand and contract (adds and deletes).  That needs to show up in the Validation Tab when you drop down The List.

Your help with this is much appreciated.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

In the name manager create your range name and then in the refers to use the following formula:

=OFFSET(List!$E$6,1,0,COUNTA(List!$E:$E),1)

Then in the Data Validation List Source use =RangeName

Thanks
