Hi I have two users both on Outlook 2010 that are getting duplicate emails for a client side rule. They have the desktop alert option enabled for the rule, which turned the rule into a client side rule. When the rule runs, they get a dupe email for whatever that rule applies to. I have removed and re-added outlook profile. I even made sure that the old outlook folder was not used. When the new profile is created and outlook is first used, it works great, no dupe email. if outlook is closed, then reopened, and the rule ran, the dupes are created again. I tried removing and cache mode, same issue. Of course I know the disable the desktop alert option, but they both want that option enabled. Any ideas of how keep that enabled yet avoid the dupes?
