I want the result in CSV file. I want the numbers just like they are but negative sign removed.

Immediate and accurate solution.
Do you want the result in Excel? Do you want the blocks of numbers in separate columns?
If so open the CSV in Excel and then use the Text to Columns feature to spread across 6 columns.
Text To Columns is on the Data tab
In step 1 select delimited
Step 2 select Semicolon and Other and put - sign in the box next to Other
Step 3 click finish.
