Outlook for Mac Not Connecting

I re-did our SSL cert on Exchange.  Since the users with Microsoft Outlook for Mac can't connect.  The OWA is working fine.  Microsoft computers can connect fine.  EWS is enabled on the IIS Authentication.  When I delete the account and re-add them, they show up with a yellow light in the account section, but never show up in the main Outlook page.  Any ideas???
