Outlook Picture Download

I need help solving a user's Outlook ticket...

From user

My Outlook is not letting me download pictures or images from emails, when I “right click” to download, the option/box completely disappears. This is anything from LinkedIn
Emails, RedCarpet emails, etc…. below is an email and I have attached 2 other examples of emails I receive. The box says “Right-click to download pictures. To help protect your privacy, Outlook prevented automatic download of this picture.” I right-click,
 and the entire box disappears………

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Goto Outlook\File\Options\Trust Center\Trust Center Settings\Automatic Download

De-select the option:

Dont's download pictures automatically in HTML.......

Choose OK

Close and reopen Outlook and you should be good to go.
