Exchange 2010 - Outlook clients unable to access Public Folders (OWA is okay & RPC service is running).
Hello,
We recently had to relocate a Public Folder database to an alternate location & server.
Users indicate they are unable to access the Public Folders. Attempting to expand the folder returns the error:
Microsoft Outlook: Cannot expand the folder. Microsoft Exchange is not available. Either there are network problems or the Exchange server is down for maintenance.
Access via OWA appears to be fine.
My Google searches indicate that this could be due to one of these services being stopped:
- Microsoft Exchange RPC Client Access
- Microsoft Exchange Service Host
I have checked and found that these are both running.
Is there anything else that I could be missing? Thanks in advance for your help.
Regards,
