Renaming AD account.<br />

I have user account Jsmith that I renamed V-Jsmith however the email address is still Jsmith@mydomain.com.<br />

I would like to know if there will be any impact when people send email to his address Jsmith@mydomain.com OR when they select him from Outlook Address Book<br />

Any help will be evry much appreciated.<br />
