DAG installation

I have 2 mail box server exch-01(mailbox and client access) and exch-02(mailbox and client access) with exchange 2013 running in my organisation and there is also one DAG configured.but one of the server  exch-02 is having some hardware issue but still running.
Now i want to install  another DAG server in exchange organisation 2013.
I have prepared the new server 2012 with same specs and drive letters as one of exch-01 when i will install the exchange set up on new server which roles should i select and what are steps to configure the DAG.as i did not find the DAG role when i run the set up of exchange 2013

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You have to install Exchange2013 with MBX and CAS roles
http://exchangeserverpro.com/how-to-install-exchange-server-2013/
Then add the newly installed MBX server  to the DAG as a DAG member

DAG is not a role in itself. It is a feature of the Mailbox Database Exchange role. What CU are you using for your Exchange 2013? If you are using SP1 or higher it would be recommended to use IP-less DAG setup. You can follow the tutorial at the below link to accomplish this.

What is the issue with second server? Whether all DB's are in passive state on second server? Let say, if you want to remove second server from DAG mix. Then first you setup new server. Add it is to current DAG group. Once added to DAG, add DB copies, let it seed. Once all DB's are healthy on new server. Then you start the decom process for problematic server. First you need to remove the DB copies, by using PS commands or you can also using GUI option.

Remove database copies. Launch EMS and run following command:
Remove-MailboxDatabaseCopy "DB1\Server2"

Then remove the server from DAG:

Remove-DatabaseAvailabilityGroupServer -Identity NADAG1 -MailboxServer Server2 -ConfigurationOnly

If you don't know what the DAG name is, run

Get-DatabaseAvailabilityGroup

Now goto control panel and remove Exchange binaries.

Finally check failover cluster snap-in

Launch Failover Cluster Management from another DAG server, expand Nodes>Right Click the Failed Server>Select Evict the server.

Or you can also recover problematic server on new server. Follow my article:

the second server is working fine but some time it automatically goes down as it has come to end of life.i think there is something wrong with board itself.so i need to manually restart the server.so i am afraid that one day there ll be no luck and this server ll never come up.

If hardware is an issue, then better to go with new server. However, first setup new server and then decom old one.

what i understand from you guys that

step 1:i have to install a new exchange 2013 with cas and mailbox role.then
Step 2: i ll add it to current DAG Group.
Step 3:move the DB'S to this Server
step 4:remove the DB copies from the problematic server
step 5:then start decomsision the problematic server by removing it from the DAG

I will perform this activity tomorrow in production hours so please confirm if there is any thing missing or could cause the problem for exchange users .

Step 3:move the DB'S to this Server

Not move, You need to add the copy and let it seed.
