SCOM email notifications is not running due to unhealthy server!

Please I've a serious situation here, my customer called me saying the suddenly SCOM Email Notification Aren't sent as usual.

he has one virtual SCOM management server and it's OperationManager DB and OperationManagerDW are hosted on another clustered SQL servers (physical)

first i was thinking it may be Channel/Subscribers/Subscriptions problem, but their configuration are good. and i don't see any errors or warnings in Monitoring>>Operations Manager> Notification node>> Active Alerts & All Events.  but after searching i found that that SCOM server status isn't healthy!

after reviewing the Operations Manager event log in eventvwr, i found a lot of critical errors like: (with various rules)

So what i can i do to bring the server healthy again, and then get the email notifications running?

First off, i don't think those errors may necessarily have anything to do with the lack of email alerts.  Secondly, if you're looking for SCOM alerts related to the lack of email alert generation, don't just look under open alerts.  Look under closed alerts as well.

Also, double check the logs on your SMTP gateway server and check and see if those alerts are making it to your gateway.  Do you have a failover smtp gateway server specified under your SMTP channel?

I think you are right, yesterday i figured out the solution that was invalid subscriber configurations.
and i discovered that emails was being sent to the admin account mail box during the last weeks.

and yes they have to two smtp gatway servers
