AutoVue error
Hello Experts!
My main client is a high end machine shop that makes medical equipment/Sugerical equipment/body parts.
They use severl high-end CNC programs and use AutoVue to view parts before they cut them.
On this ONE computer, I get this error: "Unexpected error in fileGet3DentityDefinitions "
and it will not open a drawing. This SAME file opens on many other computers fine.
I updated the video driver to the latest. This computer is a brand new Dell Precision desktop with 16 GB RAM.
I uninstalled the program and reinstalled it with no luck.
Any ideas on what to do to fix this issue?

Would be nice to hear file extension and "high end CNC" software name that created it...

The issue was the Intel Video driver. Replaced video adaptor and it works perfectly now.
