The issue was the Intel Video driver. Replaced video adaptor and it works perfectly now.

My main client is a high end machine shop that makes medical equipment/Sugerical equipment/body parts. <br />
They use severl high-end CNC programs and use AutoVue to view parts before they cut them.<br />

On this ONE computer, I get this error: &quot;Unexpected error in fileGet3DentityDefinitions<wbr />&quot;<br />
and it will not open a drawing. This SAME file opens on many other computers fine.<br />
<br />
I updated the video driver to the latest. This computer is a brand new Dell Precision desktop with 16 GB RAM.<br />
<br />
I uninstalled the program and reinstalled it with no luck. <br />
<br />
Any ideas on what to do to fix this issue?
