Do the SSD drives have latest firmware version?
Have you checked the battery of the motherboard? Replace it.
And if you are using Windows 2008R2 on this machine then NTLDR is a strange error. Because NTLDR was used for XP and 2003.
KimputerCommented:
If this is an important server, I'd get a new SSD HDD just to be sure. Full failure of SSD disk cannot be detected by diagnostic tools, just like the best PC diagnostic tools can't detect errors if I'm joking around with the power switch. Looking at the frequency, it seems your SSD is heading for a full failure (and 10 minutes of waiting won't help anymore).
There's nothing you can do in this case than to just replace the drive.
Of course, replacing the SATA cable and using another power connector is something you could try first too.
MASWORLDAuthor Commented:
@noxcho Thanks for reply i am confused about this error it's happened in only 1 SSD driver the bootable one :)
so if it's firmware Update issue it should  to have taken place in the two SSD's

@Kimputer thanks for reply i think like you in the power connector but i found the both ssd drive in the same power cable extender but i didn't change SATA cable so i will do
thanks
test and inform you
noxchoGlobal Support CoordinatorCommented:
Is this a clean Windows installation? Or was it upgrade from old version to newer OS and then transfer from HDD to SSD?
MASWORLDAuthor Commented:
No clean Windows installation Server 2008 R2
noxchoGlobal Support CoordinatorCommented:
Ok, then it is really strange that you got NTLDR is missing error.
Anyway, when you mean Unattended restart - does it mean that the server restarted itself? If yes, then was there any BSOD screen or any dump file created in C:\Windows\mindump directory?
MASWORLDAuthor Commented:
yes restarted itself
no BSOD or Dump file and there is no C:\Windows\mindump directory
noxchoGlobal Support CoordinatorCommented:
Ok, then configure please the dumping if it is not configured. There is an option : right click on My Computer - Properties - Advanced System Settings - Startup & Recovery - Settings - disable automatic restart and select creating minidump. See my screen shot.
Save the changes. Next time it restarts itself see if it is sitting at BSOD screen.

KimputerCommented:
In the worst cases of failure, there is no BSOD or DUMP file (as I explained, some defects are like me playing with the power switch). If you check the eventlog, and there's no mentioning of a bug check (only a power event, unexpected shutdown), setting it to dump files will not help at all. If this is the case, it's better to check if it's the motherboard causing it, or the SSD (with a small chance of the PSU causing it).
noxchoGlobal Support CoordinatorCommented:
Well, checking if it causes any BSOD is always worth of trying. The only way he can check if MOBO is causing this problem - sending the PC to a PC repair shop. And you never know if they tell the truth or just earn their money.
MASWORLDAuthor Commented:
@noxcho thanks i do all settings you mention above and will wait ..
MASWORLDAuthor Commented:
@Kimputer thanks
i order new Power Supply Cooler Master 500

sorry i forgot to mention that the pc connect with APC UPS 3000 k
and Stabilizer
KimputerCommented:
Connect PC directly to the power wall outlet (just to rule out the UPS system cutting out, due to a defect).
nobusCommented:
i suggest disconnecting all devices not needed, as described in my article ;

if you can boot - check also Event Viewer for errors

MASWORLDAuthor Commented:
Unfortunately changed Power Supply and SATA cables, but the same problem
MASWORLDAuthor Commented:
Event Viewer

The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

The previous system shutdown at 05:21:42 م on ‏19/‏06/‏2015 was unexpected.

Disk Error
The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Harddisk3\DR3.
MASWORLDAuthor Commented:
it may be matter with USB3 driver !
nobusCommented:
ah - but we are not informed on external disk connections
but yes- it can be an external drive
post what is connected, and post a pic of disk manager, showing the drives
noxchoGlobal Support CoordinatorCommented:
Did it generate the minidump file?
MASWORLDAuthor Commented:
no minidump generated :(
MASWORLDAuthor Commented:
@nobus  Sorry i think you are talking about built-in devices like NIC or VGA
noxchoGlobal Support CoordinatorCommented:
But you did configure the settings to generate it, didn't you?
nobusCommented:
>>  Sorry i think you are talking about built-in devices like NIC or VGA   <<  no  -just read what i posted  - i'm talking about all connected devices
MASWORLDAuthor Commented:
hi
Caught my attention that the D drive appear like the image after system fail and it take up-to 2 minutes to back to the normal status

nobusCommented:
disconnect it for a test then
noxchoGlobal Support CoordinatorCommented:
D drive has problems. You need to scan it using chkdsk in command line.
MASWORLDAuthor Commented:
@noxcho thanks
i already chkdsk d: /f
no error or bad sector found
also i test both SSD using ssdprolive
all ok 100%
MASWORLDAuthor Commented:
@nobus thanks
i think to do
but the OS on that SSD
i trying to clone the whole SSD 240 to normal HDD 500 using acronis True image
but the windows not started
any clone idea
noxchoGlobal Support CoordinatorCommented:
Can you take a screen shot of Windows Disk Management and post it here? We will see this way on which drive exactly your OS is.
You can do the clone using boot CD of True Image as well. They have there the same features as in Windows.
nobusCommented:
or use the paragon software - you can make a bootable DVD if needed also : http://www.paragon-software.com/home/br-free/download.html
MASWORLDAuthor Commented:
@noxcho
dk
it's take up-to 10 minutes to preview the Drives
noxchoGlobal Support CoordinatorCommented:
Ok the system is definitely on a single HDD. Can you disconnect the drive and check wirh a single drive if it takes same long to preview the disk management snapin?
MASWORLDAuthor Commented:
ok but the problem in the D Drive witch in the OS SSD
nobusCommented:
he wants  that you use another drive, and install an OS on it for testing
MASWORLDAuthor Commented:
Ok i will clone that SSD to new HDD 500 and test
