Does anyone know of a syncing software or other solution that will do this:<br />

I have a structure like so:<br />
<br />
FOLDER 1<br />
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;- subfolder1<br />
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;- subfolder2<br />
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
FOLDER 2<br />
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;- subfolder1<br />
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;- subfolder2 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
<br />
FOLDER 1 -&gt; subfolder1 and FOLDER 2 &gt;&nbsp;subfolder2 might have the same file.<br />

Is there a syncing software that would scan the MD5 and not sync duplicates based on priority order. If I want the file from FOLDER 2 first instead of folder 1?<br />

FOLDER 2
	- subfolder1
	- subfolder2	

FOLDER 1 -> subfolder1 and FOLDER 2 > subfolder2 might have the same file.

Is there a syncing software that would scan the MD5 and not sync duplicates based on priority order. If I want the file from FOLDER 2 first instead of folder 1?
