Assuming constant data in B, double click on bottom right corner of cell C1 and it will fill down to the extent of data in B.

Or keyboard shortcut, enter formula in C1 as previous and then use key combination "Shift + Ctrl + End". This should select from C1 to the end of the used range which, assuming there is nothing beyond column C, will select everything down to the end of the data in A & B.

Then Press Ctrl + D to fill down.
