huge PDF ( 100MB ) very slow to read

i have a huge pdf file. Its size is 100 MB. I open it in my windows 7 machine.
It's very slow in reading. When i go from one page to another it takes v long to go to 2nd page...
Is there any way to compress that pdf so its easy to read?

How about "reprinting" it ? use a free PDF printer like Bullzip PDF Printer and reprint again and check how it goes

Do you have Adobe Acrobat? If so, try this:

Save As Other...
Reduced Size PDF...

If you don't have Adobe Acrobat, then try pdfsizeopt (free):

But pdfsizeopt doesn't work on all PDFs, so be sure to check the resulting PDF carefully. Regards, Joe

The majority of large files are so, because of the images embedded in them being uncompressed and thereby larger than they need be, inflating file size and load times.

You can try and reduce the image resolution using an online tool if you don't have access to Acrobat or don't want to configure a PDF printer:
