I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You mean a log of times it's been run, or a record of the results of the defrag?

The answer is no, in either case, but you could probably rig something up for the latter.
"It's stored in the Registry at this path:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Dfrg \ Statistics"

Win 7 needs very little Defragging.  Win 7 automatically defrags once a week.
An SSD should not be Defragged.
