"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You can do this with the format of the text box. On the Text Box Properties dialog select the Number section on the left and choose 'Custom' then specify this in the Custom format:
+0%;-0%;0%

But if you need to do it with an expression you can use this:
=iif(Fields!YourField.Value>0,"+","") + format(Fields!YourField.Value,"0%")

Replace 'YourField' with the name of your field of course.
