Crystal Reports_ Convert time to hh:mm AM or PM

I have a report where the field T_Appt (time of appointment) is actually a number like 2600.  I would like this field to read like 07:15 AM or  1:00 PM.

It is printing like this  7:00:00AM.  Here is the formula I'm using.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
