SQL to select Category and Null value

Hello Experts Exchange
I have the following query.

SELECT x.cat_level2, NVL(SUM(ttl),0)
FROM (SELECT 'WOMENSWEAR' cat_level2, 1 as Orderby FROM DUAL
           UNION ALL
SELECT 'MENSWEAR', 2 as Orderby FROM DUAL
           UNION ALL
SELECT 'CHILDRENSWEAR', 3 as Orderby FROM DUAL
           UNION ALL
SELECT Null, 4 as Orderby FROM DUAL) x
          Left JOIN v_sales VS
              ON cs_week = 24
             AND cs_year = 2015
AND loc_name = 'ABERDEEN, HOLBURN STREET'
             AND VS.cat_level2 = x.cat_level2
 GROUP BY x.cat_level2,Orderby
 ORDER BY OrderBy

The data retuned is wrong for the Null value it come back as zero, but it should be 5.35,  how do I change my query so I can select the Null value correctly?

That would be because NULL does not equal NULL.

I believe that if you change this line:

AND VS.cat_level2 = x.cat_level2

to this:

AND (VS.cat_level2 = x.cat_level2 or (VS.cat_level2 is null and x.cat_level2 is null))

That should work.
