SQL Server Trigger Add IF Then

I have this working trigger that does what it is supposed to do.  I need it to check the Netwt field to see if the value is over 48000, if it is complete the calculation as written.  If it is less than 48000 it needs to use 48000 instead of the value in the Netwt field.

I have tried a few things and they have not worked.  Any ideas?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
